Terms of Electronic Service Provision
§ 1. General provisions
These terms set out the rules for using the website available at www.executive.academy (the "Site").
The service provider and owner of the Site is STI sp. z o.o., ul. Nowogrodzka 64/43, 02-014 Warsaw, Poland, Tax ID (NIP) 5213733858, REGON 364388284, KRS 0000906349 (the "Service Provider").

A User is any person using the Site.
§ 2. Electronic services provided
Through the Site, the Service Provider provides the following services free of charge:
- making informational, educational, and marketing content about the Service Provider's business available;
- enabling access to the external meeting-booking tool Microsoft Bookings, and in the future also Google Calendar;
- a newsletter, once launched and once the User has given separate consent.
Meeting bookings take place in the provider's external tool. How data is processed there is described in the Privacy Policy.
§ 3. Technical requirements
Using the Site requires a device with internet access, an up-to-date web browser, and JavaScript enabled. Some features may require accepting the relevant cookie categories.
§ 4. Rules for using the Site
The User agrees to use the Site in accordance with the law, good practice, and with respect for the copyrights and personal rights of the Service Provider and third parties.
It is prohibited to submit unlawful content or take actions that could disrupt the proper functioning of the Site.
§ 5. Conclusion and termination of the agreement
The agreement for the content-access service is concluded when the User starts using the Site and terminates when the User leaves the Site.
For the newsletter, the agreement is concluded once the User provides an email address, gives the required consent, and confirms the subscription. The User may unsubscribe at any time using the link in the message.
§ 6. Complaints
Complaints about electronically provided services can be submitted to office@executive.academy. The submission should include contact details, a description of the issue, and the User's request.
The Service Provider will respond to a complaint within 14 days of receiving it.
§ 7. Intellectual property
Content available on the Site, including text, graphics, photos, trademarks, and video materials, is legally protected. Any use beyond permitted fair use requires prior consent from the rights holder.
§ 8. Personal data
Detailed rules for processing personal data and using cookies are described in the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy.
§ 9. Final provisions
These terms may be amended for important reasons, in particular in the event of changes in the law, the scope of services, or the Service Provider's details. The current version of the terms is always available on the Site.
Matters not regulated by these terms are governed by Polish law.
